What a great find Crookies in Countesthorpe is! Stopped there on a cycle ride today. Fresh cookies just out of the oven were cooling on the counter, the smell was wonderful. A lovely latte was an excellent accompaniment to my hot cookie. Had gluten-free cake for my mate too. Very friendly service and very good value for money. Will definitely return.

Had heard about crookies online and decided to give it a try. We enjoyed it so much that we went back the following week. The sandwiches are very fresh and tasty. The cakes and pastries are excellent, our favourite being the lemon meringue tart. Staff are so friendly and happy to chat away.

We stopped in at Crookies needing a quick fix en route to a funeral. Yousef couldn't have been more helpful, the display, and taste of his food/cakes was outstanding and I would go back regularly if it was closer to home. He deserves to succeed.

We are so very lucky to have our own French pâtissier here in countesthorpe — absolutely fabulous cakes. Famous for the "crookie" which is a croissant with a cookie inside, absolutely beautiful!! Our favourite are also the giant cheese straws. Everything is hand made fresh every day. Very handy layby right next to the shop door, so you can stop by anytime for take aways. Accepts card payments too. If you haven't visited yet... why... you must try this place!
